Individuals working as our digital media specialist will need specialized skills that focus on new media such as Internet marketing, video production, social media management, and graphic design direction.


A bachelor's degree is required. Preferably in a Marketing, Communications, Art, Public Relations, or Multi-Media field of study.


This position reports directly to the WinShape Camps Marketing Manager


  • This position is part of the Support Services - Marketing Team within WinShape Camps and will control the digital assets and social media engagement across all channels.
  • This person will be part of a team executing the WinShape Camps marketing strategy through digital media, such as web, video, & social channels.
  • Responsibilities include file, distribution, storage and archival of media content using a variety of software [preferably dropbox & zinfolio]
  • This person will give graphic design direction as well as oversee the brand standards of camp assets and ensure the VIS from media partners
  • Maintaining a deep knowledge of marketing on Web with SEO/SMO, social media marketing, and e-mail marketing.
  • This position requires excellent communication skills and a broad range of technical skills as well as knowledge of post-production, metadata and media asset management systems
  • Understanding of photography, video, design, and aesthetically appealing media
  • Experience working with or great understanding of our target audience of parents and our consumer base of grade-school aged kids


  • 2-4 years experience digital media management, social management or production
  • Knowledge of Social Channels; Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pintrest
  • Must be able to multi-task and work closely with clients and staff in a dynamic production environment
  • Excellent communication and quality control skills a must
  • A self-initiator, and independent leadership a must
