Position: Operations Coordinator

 

Scope of Position:

To provide direction and execution to the logistical processes of training events. Oversees the onboarding and payroll process for all WinShape Camps Summer Staff.

 

Reports to: Staff Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the logistical processes for the Staff Development Team:
    • Provide administrative guidance for efficient and systematic processes for coordinating logistics
    • Oversee contracts and vendor relations
  • Organize training for all Summer Staff:
    • Coordinate excellent and experiential training events, including Leadership Weekend and Staff Training though confirming event space, meals, travel logistics, and working with the event space contact.
  • Manage timelines and ensure projects are on schedule
  • Coordinate and Execute updates to all programs, including WIN Application, WIN Onboarding, and Salesforce
  • Evaluate processes and programs throughout the year by collecting and implementing feedback
  • Support related projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
  •  Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully completing the following task
    • Handling confidential information
    • Executing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • An evangelical believer actively involved in a church and living out his/her faith on a daily basis; agrees with the WinShape Camps’ Statement of Faith and supports the mission statement of camp
