In conjunction with the Customer Care team, this position will administer registration for all overnight campers, manage communications to current and future customers, maintain filing and recording systems, provide administrative support and assist with the IT development of the registration systems.
- Specialize in providing outstanding care to all customers
- Administer registration for all overnight campers and process all scholarships.
- Provide administrative support and office managements, including general correspondence/communications with staff, campers, and families
- Knowledgeable with all aspects of WinShape Camps, overnight and day camps.
- Maintains campers’ accounts by updating account information
- Professionally and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill Customer needs, educate the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions through contact tracking.
- Assist with the IT development of all registration systems utilized by parents and family members
