    Scope of Position: The Manager of Digital Marketing is responsible for driving growth of WinShape’s overall brand and program participation through digital strategy and online engagement. 


    Reports to:  Director, Branding & Marketing




    • Lead WinShape’s digital marketing efforts, including but not limited to:
      • Website strategy and development for multiple websites
      • Digital content marketing
      • Email marketing strategy
      • SEO and Google Adwords (Google Grants)
      • Social media consultation
    • Lead internal digital team members to meet broader team goals, including oversight of professional growth and development of direct reports
    • Manage relationship with WinShape’s digital agency vendor to ensure quality work is provided within defined scope, budget and timeline
    • Liaise with internal WinShape ministries and departments who need support or consultation from Branding & Marketing on digital needs
    • Oversee digital project management, including but not limited to: determining the scope and deliverables for each project, assigning work to internal resources or vendors, and managing the project through completion
    • Ensure all digital projects are aligned with Branding & Marketing goals
    • Rally internal project stakeholders to ensure open communication and alignment on both scope and project objective(s)
    • Own the maintenance and growth of WinShape’s internal staff mobile app
    • Build and maintain relationships with WinShape ministry marketing leads to support partnership and alignment on digital work
    • Evaluate projects’ projected ROI and alignment with the higher-level marketing strategy to determine prioritization within Branding & Marketing’s workflow
    • Ensure consistency and successful representation of WinShape brand across all projects
    • Process vendor invoices and manage allocated digital budget


    • Minimum 5-8 years of digital marketing experience and project management
    • College graduate with preferred degree in digital media, marketing, or related field
    • Preferred experience in social media strategy and Google Grants
    • Ability to lead a team
    • Works well in team environment
    • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
    • Proficient in WordPress, MailChimp, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Preferred experience with Trello project management system
