    Scope of Position: Provides vision, strategy and oversight of the development of new partner relationships for WinShape College Program.  Develops and manages the strategy for integration of new partner relationships with WinShape College Program staff.  Assists the WinShape College Program staff in the vision, strategy, and execution for expansion into new markets.


    Reports to: Manager, WSCP Intensive



    • Develop strategic partnerships with churches and campus ministries in new markets to assist in WSCP long-range strategic plan.
    • Oversee and continuously refine the direction & growth for obtaining effective, new leads.
    • Assist the WSCP Intensive disciple-making team in maintaining healthy, on-going relationships with existing contacts.
    • Develop and implement effective, clear transition of established partner relationships between WSCP Intensive disciple-making team members and Cohort Launch team members.
    • Oversee the strategy and implementation of representing and marketing the WinShape College Program at conference exhibit halls.
    • Assist in maximizing the tracking of partner development, establishing rhythms of communication with contacts and determining criteria that prioritize new contacts.
    • Begin journey of establishing and leveraging untapped connections through other WinShape Foundation ministries, WSCP alum, and Chick-fil-A network.
    • Become knowledgeable and competent in WSCP offerings (Intensive disciple-making experiences & Residential program), content, & long-range strategic plan.



    • Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of ministry experience, preferably in a college ministry context.
    • Multiple years of experience overseeing a discipleship-oriented, small group is preferred.
    • Frequent out-of-town travel expected to perform and complete job responsibilities.
    • Demonstrated ability to make natural connections with new contacts, as well as maintain healthy relationships with existing contacts.
    • Demonstrated ability to work well with various teams of people.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and in presentations to new contacts, students, and ministry leaders.
    • Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks and move from one project to another while leading the projects to successful completion.
    • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision.
    • An evangelical believer, actively involved in a church and living out his/her faith on a daily basis; has a passion for college students to know Jesus Christ and live for Him.


    FLSA Status: Regular Full-Time, Exempt
