    Scope of Position:

    To provide direction and execution to the staffing strategy of WinShape Camps through the recruitment, application, interview, placement, and on-boarding process of Summer Staff.

     

    Reports to: Staff Development Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate the application process for the hiring of Summer Staff:
      • Serve as primary representative from WinShape Camps with developers of application system
      • Maintain and update application each year
    • Lead recruitment strategies including the Campus Rep & Road Crew programs:
      • Select Campus Reps & Road Crew members
      • Create training content for Campus Reps & Road Crew members
      • Design fresh, relevant, and effective programming for recruitment programs
    • Develop and coordinate recruiting events to engage Formers and potential applicants
    • Develop strategic partnerships and database with campus ministers, church leaders, and collegiate contacts:
      • Maintain database of strategic partners and maintain regular communication
      • Coordinate events
    • Create and execute the interview and placement strategies for Summer Staff:
      • Coordinate training for WinShape Camps Interview Team
      • Select interview locations
      • Lead Staff Placement
    • Oversee on-boarding process of Summer Staff and provide administrative guidance for efficient and systematic processes
    • Facilitate and serve on the WinShape Camps Interview Team
    • Assist in executing training events, including Leadership Weekend and Staff Training
    • Manage timelines and ensure projects are on schedule
    • Evaluate processes and programs throughout the year by collecting and implementing feedback
    • Support related projects as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job

    •  Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook

    • Experience in Customer Relationship Management software, i.e. Salesforce, and back-end, administrative support of application systems

    • 2-4 years of experience in recruiting or related field with experience in a leadership role

    • Demonstrated experience in successfully completing the following tasks:

      • Handling confidential information

      • Executing multiple projects simultaneously

    • Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills

    • An evangelical believer actively involved in a church and living out his/her faith on a daily basis; agrees with the WinShape Camps’ Statement of Faith and supports the mission statement of camp

     

    FLSA: Regular Full-Time, Exempt
