    Reports to: Director, WinShape Marriage


    Scope of Position and General Summary

    The Marketing Manager manages all marketing strategy for WinShape Marriage, with the primary objective of increasing awareness and registration of WSM events.




    • Develops and maintains overarching annual marketing strategy for WinShape Marriage
    • Responsible for promoting WinShape Marriage events
    • Manages brand voice and ensures consistent brand messaging in all print, online, website, video, photography and verbal communication
    • Manages creation, distribution, and inventory of promotional materials
    • Collaborates with WinShape Foundation Marketing Team and Sales to utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data for effective marketing purposes
    • Collaborates with marketing leads at other WinShape ministries to effectively cross-promote program offerings


    • A self-professing Christ-follower, actively pursuing his/her faith on a consistent basis
    • Demonstrates a healthy and growing marriage
    • Demonstrated success in similar role with 5-7 years experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
    • Able to perform multiple tasks and move from one project to another while leading the project to a successful completion
    • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships and relating to all kinds of people
    • Exemplary planning and time management skills
    • Discretion and confidentiality
    • Experience in graphic design or overseeing graphic design projects
    • Proven ability to successfully market and promote products/events/initiatives
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or Keynote, OneNote), and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
    • Demonstrated ability to create solutions to complex problems
    •  Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and be highly responsive to requests
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a strong team player under time pressures without loss of poise, grace or humor
    • Ability to maintain a servant perspective, even in the midst of difficulties
    • High level of initiative and self-awareness
    • Must have an acceptable driving record
