Scope of Position: The Supervisor, Support Services Administration - College Program takes the lead in supporting the staff of the WinShape College Program (WSCP) through leading the administrative team of the WSCP Support Services department. The Supervisor hires, trains, and oversees a team of student office workers to support the administrative needs connected to both WSCP Discipleship Intensives and the WSCP Residential Community at Berry College. The Supervisor tracks progress of applicants to the WSCP Residential Communities. The Supervisor serves as a project manager for the monitoring and reporting for of WSCP Key Initiatives. 


Reports to: Manager, Support Services - College Program 


  • Serves the WinShape College Program by staffing the front desk, answering phone calls, and responding to guests in a timely manner 
  • Supervises two student Support Services Assistants: including hiring, consistent one-on-ones, determining yearly work goals, and yearly performance evaluations of those employees 
  • Tracks applicant progress through our custom application system and completes follow-up touch points with applicants and parents throughout the applicant journey 
  • Schedules tours and manages communication with inquiries of the WinShape College Program 
  • Tracks the progression of WSCP Key Initiatives in project management environments to support their successful completion  
  • Gathers and updates pertinent data to assist the planning done by the WSCP Strategic Team 
  • Supports the student office workers in the execution of Thanksfeast and Senior Banquet all-student events 
  • Serves as administrative support for all WSCP teams and on various projects like payroll, staff surveys, staff careand event logistics 


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative work 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in WordExcel, and web-based project management tools  
  • Demonstrated ability in establishing and maintaining relationships that increase the effectiveness of an office environment 
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and mobilize multiple persons to accomplish their purposes and goals 
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information 
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • An evangelical believer, actively involved in a church and living out his/her faith on a daily basis; has a passion for college students to know Jesus Christ and live for Him 
  • Must have an acceptable driving record; periodic use of company vehicles required
