Scope of Position: The Coordinator, Procurement is responsible for assisting with the purchase, inventory, and storage of items for various ministries and support services at the Foundation.  Responsible for receiving and delivering mail.  This position is responsible for maintaining the Inventory Management system and ensuring procurement system catalogs are updated and audited frequently.

 

Reports to: Manager, Procurement

 

Responsibilities

  • Executes purchasing and receiving for various ministries and support services
  • Process purchase orders using a procurement system
  • Assists in maintaining storage areas using the LEAN 5S system
  • Responsible for package tracking system, receiving mail and packages, and delivery to various campuses
  • Regularly updates and audits procurement system catalogs to ensure products are of best value and quality to support WinShape programs
  • Assists Manager, Procurement with annual department objectives and coordinates implementation of the same
  • Assists with ensuring the Inventory Management System is up-to-date with physical assets and property of WinShape Foundation
  • Review and consolidate current inventory for cross application and optimization
  • Responsible for preparing the Mountain Campus for Camp and Retreat seasons, including overseeing multiple project teams
  • Makes occasional trips to local vendors as needed
  • Additional tasks as assigned by Manager, Procurement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-3 years of related experience
  • Requires a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize work effectively in an environment with competing demands
  • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as, demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and the ability to be proactive, resourceful, and flexible
  • Ability to lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

FLSA Status: Regular Full-Time, Non-Exempt
