Leadership Development Program - Director Associate - Camps

Scope of Position: Beginning August 26^th, 2024, the Leadership Development Program is an entry level and one year program for WinShape Camps Summer Staff Formers to step in and assist the full-time team in preparation for camp the next summer. Interns will then serve in a camp leadership role in the summer following the year of service, ending August 2025. This position also gets to take advantage of intentional leadership development opportunities offered by the Staff Development Team of WinShape Camps.

• Participates in projects as assigned in support of camps.
• Works 25-29 hours a week in the WinShape Camps office. This work could be designed to focus on one specific area of work, or it could be designed to be more general in nature.
• Serves on WinShape Camps summer staff the summer following the Intern commitment.
• Participates in Leadership Development events that occur throughout the year (approximately 10% of your work time will be devoted to these events and learning.)
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

• Completed at least two years of college or equivalent work experience.
• Completed at least one summer on staff with WinShape Camps.
• Demonstrates skill in written and verbal communication, time management, and multi-tasking. 
• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office applications preferred.
• Maintain regular office hours in the WinShape Camps office in Atlanta, GA (25-29 hours a week).
• A self-professing Christ follower, actively involved in a Christian faith community and actively pursuing Christ on a consistent basis.
• Must hold or obtain a valid driver’s license for the state in which they are hired and have an acceptable driving record.
