Scope of Position: This role is responsible for the strategy and execution of campus engagement, retention of summer staff, and camps partnerships to better support the recruiting plan of WinShape Camps.

 

Reports to: Team Leader, Summer Staff Recruiting – Camps

Responsibilities

  • Leads the execution of Recruitment Engagement Program by providing daily support, communication, tracking payouts, and follow-up
  • Engages with summer staff throughout the year to ensure strong retention. Activities include:
    • Assisting with events
    • Building intentional relationships year round
    • Providing consistent communication
  • Develops and fosters strategic partnerships with campus ministers, church leaders, and collegiate contacts
  • Is responsible for Camps online job boards, digital recruiting, and collecting data related to recruitment, retention, and partnerships to see trends and projections
  • Works collaboratively with Marketing to produce mass communications (internal and external) and manage Staff Development platforms
  • Participates in required recruiting events and activities to ensure summer vacancies are filled

Qualifications

  • Requires minimum 3 years of related work experience
  • Willingness to engage in travel (40%) throughout the year
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook
  • Experience in recruiting or related field
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully handling confidential information and executing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • A self-professing Christ follower, actively involved in a Christian faith community and actively pursuing Christ on a consistent basis.
  • Must hold or obtain a valid driver’s license for the state in which they are hired and have an acceptable driving record
