Seasonal Support - Camps (Staff Development) - Onboarding

Scope of Position: To provide support for the Staff Development Team in ensuring all Summer Staff Onboarding Form completion while also providing excellent care and customer service to all Summer Staff they contact.  

Reports to: Team Leader, Onboarding and Logistics - Camps

• Review Summer Staff Onboarding Form Completion for accuracy and completion.  
• Always provide outstanding care to all Summer Staff. 
• Communicate to Summer Staff via email to obtain correct documentation and assure due dates are met. 
• Communicate to Summer Staff when questions arise. 
• Conduct weekly touchpoints and reports to the Onboarding & Logistics Coordinator. 
• Knowledgeable with aspects of WinShape Camps and the overall Summer Staff onboarding experience. 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 
• Preferred experience with at least one year on Summer Staff with WinShape Camps or another camp (not required). 
• Ability to work remotely while managing time efficiently.  
• Preferred experience in customer service and project management. 
• Preferred knowledge base in Sharepoint and various systems (not required). 
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. 
• Intermediate skills in written and verbal communication, time management and organization.  
• Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills, serving with a pleasant, patient and friendly tone in all types of communication 
• A self-professing Christ-follower, actively involved in a Christian faith community and actively pursuing Christ on a consistent basis.
