Scope of Position: The Seasonal Support, Marketing – Camp assists in the execution of WinShape Camps’ marketing efforts by supporting the design and management of marketing material production. This individual plays a key role in supporting WinShape Camps for Communities hosts through graphic design and print vendor management for an array of marketing materials.

Responsibilities

· Designs and produces print marketing materials for hosts across the country using established templates and brand guidelines

· Maintains high attention to detail while managing multiple print projects and production timelines

· Coordinates with internal team members, church hosts, and print vendors to ensure timely delivery of accurate, high-quality print materials

· Assists with creative updates and layout adjustments to existing design templates as needed

· Ensures consistency in design execution and visual identity across all print deliverables

Qualifications

· Some college coursework or experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field

· Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite - especially InDesign and Photoshop

· Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver work with accuracy and consistency

· Comfortable working within brand guidelines and modifying templates to fit specific needs

· Organized and dependable with strong time-management skills

· Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems or processes quickly

· Passion for supporting a mission-driven organization with excellence in creative execution

· Adheres and commits to the policies, procedures, and values set forth by WinShape Camps and the WinShape Foundation
