Scope of Position:To manage and execute all processes associated with payroll for all WinShape Camps Seasonal Staff.

Scope of Position: Collaborate with the Host Development team to equip day camp host churches, Chick-fil-A’s, and their local Leadership Teams to maximize the impact of camp in their communities. Communicate frequently with host churches and their leadership teams to ensure an excellent experience bringing WinShape Camps to their community.
Reports to: Manager of Host Development, Camps for Communities
Scope of Position: Provides support to potential and current foster and respite families through the assessment of qualifications and completion of initial home studies as well as yearly re-evaluations.

Scope of Position: The Guest Room Attendant is able to work independently and without direct supervision. The Guest Room Attendant ensures the highest quality guest experience by cleaning and preparing the buildings of the WinShape Foundation including guest rooms, public areas, offices, and other locations on the mountain campus.

Scope of Position: The Laundry Attendant performs a variety of laundry duties to provide clean and sanitary linens for our guests, including but not limited to washing, drying, pressing, sorting and inspecting items for wear and stains.

Scope of Position:The Senior Specialist, Repair and Maintenance will complete semi-skilled and skilled repair and maintenance work orders as assigned by the Manager, Repair and Maintenance. Serving in this role will encompass assisting with and/or performing daily preventative and regulatory maintenance work orders and/or repair requests.

Scope of Position:To support the planning and execution of camp internationally through the development, delivery, and evaluation of camp program elements, theme content, and related activities to ensure that camp is fun, relevant, and propels the mission of WinShape Camps.Coordinate event planning and logistics, full-time and summer staff travel,and inventory ordering and management.

Scope of Position: This position will provide grace-based hospitality for all WinShape guests and WinShape ministry needs through the operation of Food Service. The Server’s role includes serving snacks, meals and beverages at WinShape both in the Great Hall and in other areas on the WinShape campus. This position will glorify God by creating experiences that transform lives.

Scope of Position:Provides support to the mission of the WinShape Foundation (WSF) to glorify God by creating experiences that transform. Under the guidance of the Director of Communities, manages a team charged with building a dynamic strategy to recruit, train, develop, and send 18-24 year old adults into the world as next generation disciple makers where they live, work, and play.
While the WinShape Camps directive is to create experiences that transform kids and families through the message of Jesus Christ, we desire that the creation and operation of those experiences serves a parallel purpose of whole person discipleship and development for these young adults.

Scope of Position: Collaborate with the Operations team to create, implement, and evaluate year-round and summer operational systems, processes, and strategies in order to create an excellent camp experience for all participants. Provides logistical support to the full-time team.

Scope of Position: The Host, Normandy Inn – Guest Experience is responsible to create, nurture and support an atmosphere of hospitality throughout all Normandy Inn events.

Scope of Position: Assists Food Service Leadership in the preparation of meals and the oversight of food safety, stewardship, ministry, and service standards within the Food Service department.
Reports to: Chef de Cuisine
Scope of Position:The Steward will operate and maintain commercial and manual dishwashing equipment and oversee the cleanliness of all Food Service dishes, glassware, pots, pans and utensils.The Steward will keep kitchen floors, dish and trash areas clean. This position will assist with the unloading of food delivery trucks and storage of products.The Steward will also do limited food preparation.
