 Scope of Position:The Steward/Prep Cook willoperate and maintain commercial and manual dishwashing equipment and oversee the cleanliness of all Food Service dishes, glassware, pots, pans and utensils.The Steward/Prep Cook will keep kitchen floors, dish and trash areas clean.
