Scope of Position: Beginning August 25, 2026, the Director Associate Program is a one-year, entry-level opportunity for former WinShape Camps Summer Staff to step in and assist the full-time team in preparing for the upcoming summer. Associates will serve as a WinShape Camps for Communities International Camp Director during the summer for an International Project, with the position concluding in August 2027.
