Scope of Position: Collaborate with the Operations team to create, implement, and evaluate year-round and summer operational systems, processes, and strategies in order to create an excellent camp experience for all participants. Scope of Position:The Senior Specialist, Repair and Maintenance (Electrical), will complete semi-skilled and skilled repair and maintenance work orders as assigned by the Manager, Repair and Maintenance. House Parents play a crucial role in fulfilling the vision of children and families experiencing healing and restoration through the gospel by fostering a nurturing, faith-based environment that promotes healing, stability, and growth.
