With grace-based hospitality at the forefront of its mission, WinShape Foundation has created a role that will be dedicated to cultivating and overseeing the guest experience. The Director of Guest Experience will lead and impact the entire guest experience through the innovative delivery of sales, event planning, food and guest services. The director must demonstrate both Christ-centered servant leadership and a desire to love people through the ministry of hospitality. Paired with responsibilities specific to guest experience, the ability to adapt to the expectations of all six WinShape Foundation ministries will be critical to the success of this leadership role. This individual will be able and eager to lead, inspire and motivate team members to glorify God by creating experiences that transform lives.

Scope of Position: Responsible to lead, direct, and oversee the WinShape Homes Group Care program and its overall operations. Work toward the mission of providing children a safe and loving Christian home by supporting the needs of the children and parents to bring the healing ministry of Jesus Christ.
Participates on Support Team: Works closely with administrative staff, Clinical Director, HSP Supervisor, accounting, and WinShape Foundation Business Services team.

Purpose: Assist in creating and cultivating relationships with campers, parents and summer staff for WinShape Camps for Girls. Provide leadership to the Cabin Life summer staff, and serve as the facilitator and an acting member of the Summer Leadership Team at Mt Berry.
Scope of Position: The Housekeeper 1 is able to work independently and without direct supervision. The Housekeeper 1 ensures the highest quality guest experience by cleaning and preparing the retreat buildings as well as other locations on the mountain campus.

Scope of Position: The Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all Food Service dishes, glassware, pots, pans and utensils, as well as the organization of those products. The Steward may assist in the food preparation process as directed.
