 Scope of Position: Oversee the Family Camp programs in the summer and non-summer, ensuring a high-quality experience for families and staff.   Scope of Position: The Summer Lead Server role includes leading the Dining Services Team when serving meals, breaks and beverages in The Great Hall or catering locations throughout WinShape.  Scope of Position: The Temporary Summer Server is responsible for providing timely and friendly service. The Server fosters a hospitable environment allowing for exceptional experience for all guests. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, serving meals, breaks, and beverage items; set up, arrangement, and take down of furniture; helping in kitchen with preparation, cleaning kitchen and front house.  Reports to: Manager, Dining Services and Catering 

 Scope of Position: The Coordinator, Operations serves as a key operational connector for WinShape Leadership (WSL). This role functions as the primary point of contact for WinShape Leadership operational workflows and project management, partnering closely with WinShape Foundation support teams to ensure alignment, consistency and excellence across all programs, events and cohorts. This position ensures that strategy translates into execution by coordinating cross-functional partners, maintaining operational visibility and stewarding the end-to-end participant experience.  Scope of Position: The Sous Chef, Culinary is responsible for the day-to-day culinary operations. Functions include recipe adherence, menu input, food purchasing, maintenance of quality standards and cost control. The Sous Chef supervises storage, stocking and sanitation procedures.
