Scope of Position:The Program Operations Manager leads the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of leadership development experiences across WinShape Leadership. This role will serve pastors and non-profit ministry organizations by providing transformative experiences in leadership development, team enhancement, rejuvenation, organizational capacity, and community building.
