Scope of Position: The Assistant, Support Services – College Program will support the general office functions of the WinShape College Program (WSCP). In this role, the Assistant, Support Services will regularly communicate with applicants of the program and keep accurate records of application materials in the database. The Assistant, Support Services will also plan and execute several WinShape College Program events for all students and staff.The duration of this role is a minimum of 1 year but up to the undergraduate college experience.

Scope of Position: The 2nd Year Associate assists the WinShape College Program (WSCP) Residential Community staff teams at the University of Central Florida in planning and executing 1st and 2nd Year programming, including Catalytic Events and weekly training. This role includes mentoring core group leaders and providing guidance in discipling 1st and 2nd year students.
