    Scope of Position:The Steward will operate and maintain commercial and manual dishwashing equipment and oversee the cleanliness of all Food Service dishes, glassware, pots, pans and utensils.The Steward will keep kitchen floors, dish and trash areas clean.   Scope of Position:To support the preparation of camp internationally through the development of camp programming. To support the execution of camp internationally through serving on the leadership teams for Project and Summer camps.    LDP Scope:An entry level and one-year program for WinShape Camps Summer Staff to step in and help assist the full-time team to prepare for camp the next summer. This role will then serve in a camp leadership role the summer following the year of service. This position also gets to take advantage of intentional leadership development opportunities offered by the Staff Development Team of WinShape Camps.   Scope of Position:Beginning August 26th, 2024, the Leadership Development Program is an entry level and one year program for WinShape Camps Summer Staff Formers to step in and assist the full-time team in preparation for camp the next summer. Interns will then serve in a camp leadership role in the summer following the year of service, ending August 2025.   Scope of Position: The Assistant, Support Services – College Program will support the general office functions of the WinShape College Program (WSCP). In this role, the Assistant, Support Services will regularly communicate with applicants of the program and keep accurate records of application materials in the database.   Scope of Position: The Guest Room Attendant is able to work independently and without direct supervision.   Scope of Position: This position will provide grace-based hospitality for all WinShape guests and WinShape ministry needs through the operation of Food Service. The Server’s role includes serving snacks, meals and beverages at WinShape both in the Great Hall and in other areas on the WinShape campus.   Scope of Position: The 2nd Year Associate assists the WinShape College Program (WSCP) Residential Community staff teams at the University of Central Florida in planning and executing 1st and 2nd Year programming, including Catalytic Events and weekly training. This role includes mentoring core group leaders and providing guidance in discipling 1st and 2nd year students.      If you are interested in applying for more than one site, please submit an application for each location.
