Scope of Position: The Associate, Residential Community Years 1 - 2 - College Program assists the WinShape College Program (WSCP) Residential Community staff team at their respective location (e.g. Berry College, Belmont University, University of Central Florida or North Carolina State University) in planning and executing 1st and 2nd Year programming, including Catalytic Events and weekly training. This role includes mentoring core group leaders and providing guidance in discipling 1st and 2nd year students.
Reports to: Team Leader, Residential Community Years 1 - 2 - College Program

Scope of Position:Provides leadership and supervision to the House Parents within the Group Care teamto ensure quality services and supportwithin eachhome for each child placed in the care of WinShape Homes Group Care. Leads House Parent team in providing support, counsel, encouragement and seeks to advocate for needs of parents while ensuring administrative and compliance tasks are completed according to WinShape Homes and state licensure guidelines.
